this city 2 b called d city of joy has vry many reasons.................d only way to undrstand wat Calcutta is abt is recgnize dat d city is essentially Bengali. What's more, no Bengali minds u sayin dat. Rather, he's proud of d fact. Calcutta's strengths n weaknesses mirror those of d Bengali character. It has d drawbacks: d sudden passions, d cheerful chaos, d utter contempt for mere commerce, d fiery response 2 d smallest provocation. N it has d strengths. kolkata loves people especially tourist. no need to worry.you will find love everywhere in the air especially if u r going towards countryside. otherwise thickly crowded city. but u will love the food here.go to aaheli restaurant in peerless inn or check out cheap and best classic caterer opp to rajbhavan in the bye lane called deckers lane, have food there.
