I am in Jodhpur for completion of my B.E.
M.B.M. engineering college is the first engineering college not only of Jodhpur but also of Rajasthan.
Last three years I spent my time in studying, eating, travelling and searching for new places. If you really want to enjoy this place then it is better to see it in the night. Ummed Bhavan palace has an amazing view in the night. And the view of the valley behind this palace is unbelievable. Our troops regularly visit that site. Another one is Ganesh Tekri. Spending 2-3 hours is not satisfactory. View of the city is amazing.

Mujh se mera kya rishta hai har ek rishta bhool gaya
itne aaine dekhe hain k apna chehra bhool gaya
Ab to yeh bhi yaad nahee hai farq tha kitna dono main
Us ki baatein yaad raheen aur us ka lehja bhool gaya
Pyasi dharti k hothon per mera naam nahee to kya`
Main woh baadal ka tukda hoon jis ko dariya bhool gaya
duniya wale kuch bhi kahein per apni to majboori hai doston
Uski gali jab yaad aayi hai ghar ka rasta bhool gaya…

Agar Dil Tera Karey To, Mujh Gareeb Se Mil Lena
Roz Door Se Dekhtey Ho, Aaj Kareeb Se Mil Lena
Aana Na Samne Mere, Ankh Teri Jo Bhar Aaye To
Meri Razaa Jaan-ne Ko Mere Tabeeb Se Mil Lena
Zakhm Gehra Hai Itna Kyun, Gar Sawaal Ho Dil Me
Teri Yaad Se Jo Surkh Hui Us Saleeb Se Mil Lena
Hain Dost Bahut Kam Meri Jubaani Kehne Waale
Par Tum Udaas Na Hona Mere Raqeeb Se Mil Lena
Tadap Raha Hai Arse Se Tere Deedaar Ko
Bus Aakhri Baar Tum Us Bad-Naseeb Se Mil Lena..

This is my home land .Jodhpur "The Sun City" was founded by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, in 1459. It is named after him only. Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India was previously known as Marwar. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. It is divided into two parts - the old city and the new city. The old city is separated by a10 km long wall surrounding it. Also it has eight Gates leading out of it. The new city is outside the walled city.

Jodhpur is a very popular tourist destination. The landscape is scenic and mesmerizing. Jodhpur city has many beautiful palaces and forts such as Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhavan Palace and Rai ka Bag Palace. Other charms of Jodhpur include Government museum and it's beautiful Umed garden. The city is known as the "Sun City" because of its bright and sunny weather throughout the year. Was in Jodhpur in the afternoon. Small, quite town and not much to see. But the most interesting part was the Camel Safari in the desert of Osian. It was quite cold too here at this time of the year.

Place full of Fort, and you can see the rural india touch, those ghagra choli n kurta and big pagdi........The best thing i liked to eat was Jhodhpur's famous "Pyaaj ke Kachoriyan" & "Mirchi Bade" . The city Fort is worth seeing.
