A wonderful place to stay. The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully decorated. There is a large garden that offers a fantastic variety of native plant life. As I found everywhere on my trips to Ireland, everyone is wonderfully attentive to their guests. There is also much of Ireland to see within a short driving of Kilmokea.

Tynan's by the river is great. Pembroke Hotel is a fantastic place to stay.

Stayed in Springhill court for weekend 6th to 8th February. Great weekend with good facilities in the hotel, the weekend included a meal in their restaurant which was of a very high standard. their gym/pool/leisure center is good too. Was a special offer weekend so was a real bargain. Only complaint (not a big one) was no wifi in our room, had to go to lobby and find one of the two seats beside a power point for my laptop charger :(
Kilkenny is a great shopping town with lots of little bars, cafes and restaurants, will go back again asap
