I was live in a little and nice town near to Budapest (40km). It name is: Ráckeve. The town is very nice, old, and interesting. You can see there: river Danube, SPA, ruins, churchs... If you want to do it: swimming, relaxing, fishing, cycling.
I'm planning a trip to Budapest at the end of June. What's the best way of getting around (metro, bus, etc.)? Also, would I see much on the train from Budapest to Vienna? Thanks for any advice, Kieran
I'll be in Budapest at the beginning of June and I would like to take a cruise along Danube. Which company and cruise would you recommend? E.g. is it better to go during the day or take the evening one? Thank you for sharing your suggestions! Or maybe there are other cruises you would also recommend, not only on Danube?
