i live in chania 39 years ,is one beauty and nice city.evrything in this thown is perfect,is a magical city with magical poeples!!!!krete is a island of a gods....

We stay outside Chania and catch the bus in regularly. The Market is good for local cheese, graviera and fish, tourist stalls selling olive oil and herbs, but get there early, by midday stall are beginning to close.

take a tour by buss or care to West Kreta! a little interesting town (Kastelli/Kissamos) and continue to Falassarna, direct with the sea. top beaches with kritallblue water!

Chania, Kampani, the Akriitori with the cleanest beaches, great people who have a zest for life and enjoying all they have to offer the likes i have never seen before. The stunning variety of foods b rought to your table in no particular order, mains before starters luke warm as opposed to piping hot, did not phase me one bit. The delicious homemede very cheap costs of wine and the free Raki served ice cold at the end of each meal, amazing. Swimming in the coves aquamarine sea, it is so beautiful and rfelaxing out there, go try it, you won't regret it.
