Great place for parties. Cheap drinks great party themes. An ideal city for university students. People are nice and place is rather peaceful.

a great place to visit.a fantastic place for nights out with lots of pubs and clubs around.also famous is the local football club NewCastle Utd.a must visit is the St.Jamespark stadium on a match night

Newcastle upon Tyne is a great place for night out, as a lot of you know. It's not really big, but there are lots of pubs, bars and clubs in one place. People are very friendly and nice there as well. And this city has universities and it also has students feel. And there's beautiful Jesmond Dene, lovely to walk around there in a sunny day..!

It's not just Newcastle, the whole area has much to offer, and not just for those wanting to get drunk and throw up. Looking about, there are some very good and affordable places to stay, google is likely a person's best chance of finding them, as many places have offers, even if you need to stay for weeks or months!

Jump on the train and go to Durham,not far. Costs about 6.00 pounds for return ticket. Its a nice place to see.

Great place for any day of the week, amazing night life - 2 hours from the Beach, 1 hour away from Edinburgh, Scotland. Nice places to eat, The city is alive at any given point in time. Great place for some fun and parties. Festival and music shows keep happening throughout the week. So its a place you can be any day of the week. doesnt have to be particularly weekends.
