Beijing, China: Insider Tips

Beijing is the capital of China, there are lot of show places here, such as TianAnMen square, The Greate Wall, Summer Palace, The King's Tomb.....and there are some places can show Peking traditional culture: Qianmen street and Houhai bar street. If you would like to have some fun in night, Sun-Li-Tun bar street is a good place. If you would like to go shopping, just go to Silk Market for garment, Hongqiao Market for real pearls.

And for delicious food, you must have Roast Duck, instant-boiled mutton and a fermented drink made from ground beans....

Beijing is a nice city , i have lived there for 15 years and i loved it so much . people there are so kind and of course the food is fantastic . the most interesting thing there is you can find any places to go to any time 24 hours if you feel boring .

I'm agree. Beijing is nice, but the people of Beijing is fantastic, friendly. It needs visit the old city, out the turistic tours.

I like China!!!))) I like Beijing!!! The Chinese people have a good attitude to foreigners. They are very welcoming! If u can speak Chinese it's very easy to win their attention. I like Beijing because u can feel very safe and comfortable there. At any moment u can take a taxi and go wherever u want. It's pretty cheap in the comparison with some other cities. Beijing is a cultural center of China. U can learn a lot about history, art and cuisine of China. If u like shopping, it's ok! It means that place for u!!! Beijing like a heaven for shopoholics!!!)

Just came back from three nites stay in Beijing. Ist day Greatwall & Emporers' tomb. 2nd day Forbidden city. 3rd day shopping at silk market.
