Bhilai are mostly know for education hub in chattisgarh, almost it is an industrial sector also. It is situated in Mumbai - Howdara rail line which is approx 1150 Km from Mumbai.From airways many flights are there but not a direct flight from metro's. You have to reach first either metro's and then choose a flight for raipur which is capital of chhattisgarh.

I 100% agree with the suggestion given by skumar & shueb wen ever you plan for bhilai plz visit the followings 1) bhilai steel plant 2)maitri baag 3)APOLLO BSR hospital as this is the only multy specialty hospital available in CG

bhilai,district durg, chattisgarh state, is the industrial city peaceful and silent well planned city,and a hub for steel industries , it's on bombay hawrah railway route 1100 kms from bombay towards east and 950 km from calcutta towards west.nearest airport is raipur (mana airport) 30 kms from bhilai
