Toledo is a very old city, so close to Madrid, 20 minutes by speedy train Ave, and it cost around 9 euros. You can´t leave Spain, without visiting Toledo. It was the Spanish Capital during a short period on XVI th century. You have to visit Not only the Magnificent Cathedral, Greco´s house, the Sinagoge, the Alcazar, and Zocodover Square, The city walls, between others, but walk in their narrow streets, lost your self and discover the magic of this wonderful city. Cross to the other side of the Tajo river and spend a evening enjoing the sunset over the city.
You can visit it in one day, but you will love to stay one nite at least.
