You are better off to get a job that allows you to stay in a camp up there. The rental prices and housing prices are just plain stupid.

However on a brighter note thats the only downfall that city has. I lived in Fort McMurray for 6 years before prices went up and out of sight and really enjoyed living up there

Its a craphole stay out of town if possible and take a job in a camp. Get out when you have enough money and don't get greedy.
