Charlottetown is the most rocking city in the summer. I had a yummy dinner at Brennan's Pub on Richmond Street. We then jetted over to the Confederation Center for British Invasion 2: America Strikes Back, a really fun musical featuring David Bowie, Stevie Wonder and James Brown to name just a few!! It also features the singing talents of Terry Hatty, Gerard Everard, Julian Molnar.
My parents live in Pleasant Grove about 10 minutes from Brackley Beach Provincial Park. I walked those beaches almost every day of my trip. It is a such a gift to live so close to the incredible beauty of PEI. I'm 4 hours away, it's amazing.
I also took a day trip to Victoria-by-the-Sea which is very close to Borden-Carlton and the Confederation Bridge. It's a sweet, quiet, rustic kind of town but, not a lot going on and I found the shopping expensive. The Confederation Bridge is so cool. On my way home, I took the bus which is great for viewing the bridge.
