Be aware that orange hill hotel and bahamas government are hostile to brazilian tourists and possibly to other foreigners.Several brazilian divers were robbed(not theft) in this hotel and physically harassed by officers.

Nassau Bahamas is great, the people arre warm and friendly the waters are clear and blue yaer round, you would love it here.

Well as a Bahamian I am proud to be one sorry for your bad experience and were ever you go you have to be carefully of your aurronding and every. Where in the eWorld you go there are some crazy stupid people ,but all Bahamian are pacefull loving people who welcome people from all over the world so feel to come at any time ok.

Nassau is very nice and the people is very friendly. Atlantis is nice to stay at if you have plenty money but if not i would recommend the Sheraton Hotel on Cable Beach it close to the Casino if you like to gamble the beach is very beautiful and it si close to the Fish Fry where there is alot of inexpensive restaurants with fresh seafood daily

Bay Street's a great place to purchase perfume, linens and souvenirs. Sun and restaurant is great dining (no need to "dress" but look respectable). The "plywoods under Paradise Island bridge great for conch salad and a cold Kalik!!!

I have lived in the Bahamas on my life and I have been to all of the Family Island.
The people differ on every Island but they are always hospitable and kind. When you arrive in the Bahamas you can contact me I work at Ministry of Tourism in the Hotel Licenisng Department so I can be very helpful in finding things for you to do and steeering you in the right direction for a great vacation time. There are always some bad experiences
for some persons but most time the people are warm and friendly. We are very laid back. Hope you come soon and have a blast.
