pipa the magic place to stay

Re 8th Sep 2008

Mangai has great variety of food - very tasty and well prepared, but I like the place because of its original decoration. Looks like you are in a rustic ranch house, and is going to enjoy some delicious dishes typical of the Northeast region of Brazil. In the kitchen the food is prepared in the wood stove, but the equipment for cooling and packing the dishes are modern generation, in order to preserve the hygiene of the place and the food. At lunch the buffet (self service) serves more than 80 hot dishes, like barbecue, pasta, seafood, soups, farofa (side dish made of toasted cassava flour) plus salads, light dishes, desserts and fruit.
