Just amazing;)Too bad everybody speaks Dutch(Flemish) and not French or English:)But is an amazing place with beautiful architecture and lots of places of interest:) The Stone - castle on the river, is great place to relax for a while..The Grote markt square has the most beautiful fountain with good historical/mystical background. The shopping areas are great and the restaurants and the pubs are all over...Don't miss to take a picture of the cathedral of Our lady - magnificient... If you have time and you're willing to do it - explore the underground town of Antwerp - lots of "streets" down there;) Love it:)

It's a nice city. With lot's of young beautiful people. Very fashionable people. Good environment to walk.
Beautiful city. Mixture of the old with the new very well done. Lots of clothing stores: Good for a shopping day!

Antwerp is an authentic diamont jewel that shines on the royal crown of Belgium!
Located on the river Schelde, Antwerp has many places to show: Grand Place, where you find the statue and fountain of Silvio Brabo and all the amazing buildings that surround it. The most monumental building is City Hall. All the rest of buildings are the past craftsmen’s houses.
The most beautiful is Cathedral of St. Mary is the largest in Belgium; Central Station is another majestic building in Baroque style.
Antwerp is a city with much greenery and parks, with modern terraces, restaurants, elegant shops and many boutiques where you will find various of well-known and so tasty Belgian chocolate!

Don't worry about the language, english speaking people all around :-). Try a Bolleke, THE beer of Antwerp. If you can, visit Zurenborg, beautiful part of the city. I live there, so if you need more specific tips, shoot :-).
