Lovely old buildings, Fremantle Arts Centre, Maritime Museum, Fishing Boat Harbour,Fremantle Markets-the original and best, E Shed Markets on the wharf where the ships come in. Sail on the Endeavour Replica- just recently returned to Freo or the Leeuwin Sail Training Ship. Great experiences. Some wonderful little boutiques and great coffee on the South Terrace Strip as well. Oh, and don't forget art house movies at Luna on SX cinemas. Good value!!

I work in fremantle historical old buildings lots of restaurants and interesting pubs/brewery's maritime museum 2 on on batavia one on sailing/america's cup. fremantle art museum the prison is a museum and there is a fremantle ghost walk. night life is great fly by night club has some great acts...i could go on and on i have to plug the markets as well.

One of, if not the, friendliest places on Earth. I loved my four years there. I will return! Too many flippas on nights out in the Clink!!!
