Is some distance from Melbourne, and a convenient stopover from our day's sightseeing of the Great Ocean Road. Known as a 'commuter' suburb.

Geelong 1 hour out from Melbourne.We have Great Ocean Road close.Also we have swim with the dolphins at Queenscliff. Also we have Bell beach surfing classic over easter weekend.Geelong hometown of gee long football club. We have a great walk from Rippleside to Eastern Beach.We a the the first place to have bollards along foreshore.Great restaurant on foreshore called smorgys, Fishermans Pier, Le Parisean and Waterfont Cafe.We have a carousel on waterfront.
