You might also want to investigate some of the timeshare resorts such as Westgate Vacation Villas, Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort and others. They rent their access condos at hotel prices and the amenities usually exceed those of a hotel. As a paying guest you are not usually subjected to the pitch to attend a presentation and you can take advantage of the activities for both the adults and kids. We go to Orlando once or twice each year with our kids (now with our grandchildren) and have done so for over 35 years; however, we stopped staying at hotels about 20 years ago.
