Michael  (with reference to Restaurants, City Breaks, History, Adventure, IT, Driving, Beach outings) 3rd Dec 2011

First, my suggestion is to rent a vehicle since the Tampa Bay area is spread out. In Tampa you have the downtown area which is being developed nicely with many restaurants. Ybor city which is known for it's history with many restaurants, night clubs etc, there is also Busch gardens besides Adventure Island (during the season). Since the Bay area is fairly large consisting of roughly 3 million population it goes from Lakeland down to Sarasota and up to Pasco county and within that area you have many cities within one hour driving time. The beaches in Pinellas county are just beautiful. Point the car and enjoy ...

Khaleel  (with reference to Beach outings, Attractions, City Breaks, Restaurants) 3rd Apr 2012

Michael have given a good basis to plan your excursions in the area. The beaches are wide spread from St. Petersburgh to Clearwater and beautifully located on the Gulf coast. There are lovely sightseeing within the area not advertised. Remember to stay with main entry and exit points for Ybor city for safety during the nights. There are casinos and great restaurants to visit but get some coupons as you enter the city, from the airports or tourist information center. Shopping can be exciting at the International Mall, and other malls, such as Countryside, Citrus and University and as you traverse the county there are several more shopping and exciting points of interest.

The home of Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Each is an attraction filled with fun and great experiences. In the hot humid days of summer, you can cool off at either park with a refreshing splash in one of a number of wet experiences. Just make sure you take a change of clothes and a towel for the end of the day?
Ybor (E bore) City is a historical neighbourhood that is rich in the Hispanic cigar industry history. Today it is a thriving area with clubs, theatre and restaurants fulfils your dreams.

Overlooking the Garrison channel & connected to the Westin Hotel, this restaurant has very good food along with excellent service. They also serve sushi that is quite fresh and tasty! Its hard to beat the beautiful sunset over the harbor coupled with a delicious meal and a very good choice of wines. You won't be disappointed!
