Lviv is definitely one of the most charming cities in that part of Europe. Make sure to visit the Armenian Cathedral - it's beautiful and somewhat mystical with the low lighting and tons of candles. I was fortunate enough to witness an armenian service - all sung by the priest. No matter your denomination - it is something special to witness. Dont leave without having cake and coffee or tea with fruit preserves at one of the two cafes behind the Roman Cathedral - they are to die for.
Lviv is a wonderful city, it's really a pearl of the East Europe. Everyone can find something for his soul! Here one can find different styles of architecture, nice people and friendly atmosphere (it's important). Despite time you are here, you will be attracted to return to Lviv more times.
