People are friendly, and a very safe place for foriegn visitors.
Variety of foods, recommend to visit night markets for delicious local dishes.
The scenery of the East coast of the island is not to be missed.
English signages are not that sufficient in some places.

please check this website:http://www.cycling-update.info/k/mth/8_bicy_g_l.htm there are lots of lines there, for the first four i have been visit there, the view is very beautiful, lots of wind blow, tree waving, birds singing, and can see the river with water wave, you got to visit on your own. by the way , the website are all in in chinese, you may need some translation first.

The Spring is coming, it is time to visit. TAIPEI 101 building is good to see the view of city, Young-Ming mountain is now flower season. The international fuel price is high, so the flight ticket maybe more expensive, just check it out. J.C. Chen
