Personal Note
Hey guys, make sure to follow me on twitter . When I started traveling around the world, intent on discovering new places, people and cultures, I inadvertently discovered something about myself. I began to realize that traveling brings out characteristics, ideas and emotions that no other experience can.
Reflecting on my treks and memories I realized how fortunate I am, because not everyone has the ability to travel, experience new places and people. Hence the genesis of this profile and my webiste, Larry the Travel Guy, because I wanted to introduce a sense of travel, awareness and adventure to the online environment and share a glimpse of travel from my perspective. To create a portal so that others could actually see for themselves that there are great wonders and just down right cool stuff to see through out the world. To create a space that the online community can connect with the grandness of the world we live in but realize that it’s a small community of like minded people as well.
So, I decided to show you. Show you what is available, share the sights, sounds and tastes of the globe, hopefully things you never would see or hear about anywhere else. Not what the usual tour book will tell you to do, but what the locals say. I want to show you the off-the-beaten path, blue highways sort of places that you most likely won’t find. Welcome to Larry the Travel Guy and please watch the videos, read the info, view the galleries, and have some fun. Happy travels!!!
