My favorite breakfast would have to be nutella on toast suplemented occasionally by a sliced up banana. This is followed by a bowl of rice-crispies or falling that wheetabix, I'm fond of sugar on my cereal however sometimes I experience consternation from others when they see the amount required. My counter point of argument is that apart from that I don't take sugar in my tea and rarely eat candy of treats so I feel that I balance it out on the whole. I usually find that these people who disdain over my breakfast sugar intake are the ones who put barely any milk on their cereal, not even enough to moisten the merest flakes of corn, and I just can't get my head around that.
