Beautiful Coconut Grove is among the oldest, if not the oldest neighborhood of Miami, a village itself within the City borders, that dates back as early as 1825; it was annexed to the City of Miami 100 years later. Do not miss it. An image is worth a thousand words: http://www.coconutgrove.com/
Do your homework: 1. Make a good solid business plan. 2. Investigate the market in the area you pretend to develop your service 3. Assess the legal aspects, permissions, licenses, working related stuff, etc. 4. Assess the economics. 5. Set a high quality standard for materials and workmanship. If you buy rubbish that is what you will be selling. Even with the best materials, if you do not know how to prepare them you are doomed to disaster! 6. Do not be greedy! You will not get rich from one day to the next. I have not seen the first chicken eating the whole corn at once, but just one kernel at a time. Restaurants are demanding and slow to render benefits, but they do render them!
