What a great Saturday I had today; good friends, good conversation, and good food.

I am starting to "kinda" like this site because I feel I can visit anyone's page and give praise where praises are due.

I've decided to walk 2 miles a day / 4 days a week and to cut my carbohydrate intake and eat more fiber and fresh fruits & salad -- ...it's a lifestyle change I've been contemplating for a long time to help improve my health. Things are going exceptionally well and I feel GREEAAAATTTT!!! I am accomplishing my goals everyday and am confident that I could tighten up on a few areas.

I am thinking about sunshine....

got a pedicure today and my dogs are not barking no more.
