About 5 years ago I moved to Fredericton. Originally it was for school but then I found a job I throughly enjoyed, and decided to stay. Never had I realized what a beautiful place fredericton is not just during the school year but also through the summer. There is always lots to do in fredericton. During the summer months there are activities every weekend, and even actitvites from morning to night during the week. Canada Day there is lots going on at the waterfront from games, food, and then fireworks to end off the night. Beautiful waterfront that has trails on it, a beautiful park that is very close to downtown fredericton. There are many little shops that have wonderful merchandise along the downtown area. Even during the winter lots of snow, beautiful St.John river that is frozen over. They even find things to do during this snowy season. Lots of Pubs that have good food, and lots of good service. There are many wonderful things about the downtown food. Then of course you always have BP, and other staple places for food. But the best are the homegrown pubs that are downtown. They have character that is only present in them.
