You can cancel your membership at any time when logged in by selecting “My Account” from the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. When the page opens, the option to "Delete Account" will appear in the menu at the top of the page.
WAYN provides you with the option to select a new password if you forgot the old one. To receive a password reset link click here. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address to which we will then send you a password recovery email.
You can log in to your WAYN account from the main launch page by pressing on the “Login” button on the top right hand corner of the screen and entering either your username or email address along with your password. Then click on "Login".
If you are unable to log in firstly click here to request a password recovery message which will be sent to your registered email address. If you still find yourself unable to access the site please email support@wayn.com who will investigate further.

Logging In allows you to interact with your friends and other members and lets everyone know that you are online. It will also keep you up to date on whether you have received any new messages or incoming SMS texts from other members.
There is no need to log out of WAYN as staying online will keep you visible to your friends and others online. If your computer is used by others then you may wish to log out to keep your account secure. To do so, you need to click on "Log out" in the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen.
If you wish to change your password firstly click on “My Account” within the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. When the page opens, go to "Password". Then enter your old password, enter the new password, confirm it and press on "Submit" button.
WAYN automatically creates a Username for you during the Registration Process. If you wish to change the Username you have been given, you can do so on "My Details" page. In order to access it you will need to click on “My Account” within the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. When the page opens, go to "My Details" and press "Edit your personal details" button.
"My Account" page may be accessed from the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. It gives you access to the account options: here you can edit your details, change your password, upgrade to VIP, buy credits and SMS, check your payment history, redeem your VIP benefits, see the Widgets and delete your account.
You can change your email address at any time on the "My Details" page. In order to access it you will need to click on “My Account” within the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. When the page opens, go to "My Details" and press "Edit your personal details" button.
This may have happened because emails from WAYN have gone to your spam folder. Please check this and then contact our support team. They will be able to validate your email address again.
