This is one of the options available for the VIP members. Being a VIP, you can find out whether a sent message has been read by the recipient by going to your "Sent" items within "Inbox". You can select which folder you wish to view at the top of the Mailbox window - any sent items which have not yet been read will display a sealed envelope.
A search field is available at the top of your Mailbox window. If you type any keyword e.g. first name, last name, or words that appear in the mail subject you will then be able to browse the closest matches.
To block someone from your mailbox you can use the "Block sender"' option in the email box. The "Block Sender" button is the second button on your right at the top of the opened message. This action will remove all messages from this member, and add him/her to your blocked list. If this member is also a contact, then he/she will be removed from your contact list and you from his/hers.
To create folders for your messages hover over "More Options" on the top menu bar within the Mailbox page and then select "Move to folder" where you will then see a "Create new folder" option which will enable you to choose your own folder descriptions or add the message to an already existing one. To move an email to one of your folders select the relevant message(s) in your inbox by checking the box next to those you wish to move. Hover over "More Options" from the top menu bar and select "Move to Folder". You can then select your chosen folder where the messages can be stored.
You can add photos, links to other profiles and albums to your messages using the icons available after clicking the "More options” link above the text field when creating a new message. Simply select the icon for the file you wish to add, browse for the one you want and click it to add.
If you try to send spam, advertising, or any content with profanity or nudity, your account will be suspended. Please remember that all external links, such as web addresses and email addresses are considered spam.
To send an email go to "Mail" within the drop down list below the "Envelope" icon on the main toolbar at the top of the page. When the page opens, select "New message". This will enable you to send an email to any or all of your contacts on WAYN
All members on WAYN have communication icons next to their image or within their profile. If you wish to send a message to someone new simply select the eCard or Mail icon next to their details
You can change how you wish to view your emails by setting them to be grouped by subject, author, or date. Simply click on "More Options" and select "Sort by" to choose the subject header you wish to filter by and the page will refresh in that order
