WAYN is a social network for travelers and people, who love to travel, want to share experiences and photos and keep track of all their contacts from around the world. WAYN is also a great way of making new friends based on where they have been, where they are going, where they are now and on what they like to do.

Perhaps the most important thing to do is to make sure that you add a personal profile and upload a picture of yourself. This will greatly enhance your chances of meeting other members from the site as they are more likely to get in contact with you.

The Homepage is the starting point for every WAYN user. It allows you to explore your current location by showing you the photos, people, tips and questions related with your city. Here you can get in touch with members interested in exploring your location and give them advice. You can customize content of your Homepage by using “Filter” options available on your left.
Homepage also shows an indicator of messages and notifications and provides you with a quick way to access the main features of the site such as People, Destinations, Activities, Photos, Friends Activity (News), Photos and Privacy settings.

WAYN is a great way of finding old friends, meeting new people and keeping in touch with everyone. Once you see everyone's destinations you might just get the Traveling Bug yourself!

You can use the WAYN site however you like, whether it be to meet new friends, add your destinations and activities or store your photos. We recommend you start by importing your friends and contacts, logging your destinations, selecting your activities and then making new friends.

In order to complete the registration process we will need your name, DOB, current email address, nationality, hometown and whether you are male and female.

WAYN is about lifestyle and travel – many members do end up meeting their lifelong loves which is great. WAYN has many services – it's up to the users to decide how it works best for them :)

You can download the WAYN application for iPhone on the "Widgets" page. In order to access it please go to the "My Account" section which can be found within the drop down list available below the Gearwheel icon at the top right hand corner of most pages when you are logged in to WAYN. When "My Account” opens, the link to "Widgets” will appear in the menu at the top of the page.

The "Map your friends" application shows where your WAYN friends are. You can access it by going to “People” on the main toolbar at the top of the page and selecting “My Friends” from the drop down list which will appear below. Then click on “Map your Friends” tab.

WAYN will count your points based on the number of countries you have friends in. You can increase your score by adding more contacts. "Map your friends" points are not credits and cannot be "spent" on features within the WAYN Service.
