A good place to stay is the Areca Lodge it costs about 1000baht per night and it is cleansafe, be careful of the ladyboys on the back of tuk-tuks(open back taxis) they are pickpockets, dont walk along the beach alone at night, Mikes shopping mall is the best place to buy copies, a lacoste tee shirt is about 200 baht, watches &bags they will always ask for more, haggle for everything, always keep small money (20 baht notes) on you, to change money go to the gold shop in Soi Rungland-they give you a little bit over the bank rate. Have a good trip becareful crossing the roads,, the crossings dont mean anything and please make sure you have good medical insurance.

Bangkok is great for shopping but you must know where to go, the Pratunam area is great, for top quality handbag copies go to the Indra Centre, this is also good for clothes and jeans, the Pat-Pong night market is good for all copies, I always stay around the Sukhumvit area because this is the best food/nightlife with many bars used by expats who work in bangkok-they will give you some tips too,just remember to really haggle for everything, the Chatuckak weekend market has everything from spiders to sofas and its worth a look, I live about 150km from bangkok and still find the best place to book hotels is latestays.com they seem cheaper than asiarooms, depending on budget The Landmark is a great hotel in Bangkok its about 2,500 baht per night but well worth it. The riverboat excursion is a must, it costs about 1,000 baht and takes half a day, bangkok is very safe to travel alone but when in pattaya please dont wear a gold chain, they get snatched from you and only take enough money out

info pattaya in not like meeny say pattaya is safty only remember to not start enny argument with a thai man not make comment only smile and walk away you can walk on beach rd all the time day and night that is safe ther lott of lady ho look for coustomer meeny of this lady is ok and good but if you take som with you to hotell better you shower with oppen door and never have more money with you and you need for 1 night and have ladyboy too so keep away from this ladyboy not lett they touch you hotell can be from 600 bath and up
