What hotel would you advise to stay in Manama, and why?

I will advise not to travel to Bahrain as it is an unstable country. There are a lot of check points in the main roads. You will not enjoy your stay in Bahrain. I would suggest you to go to Dubai instead.

im working here in barhain so i can say no problem even theres a check point if you follow there laws you dont have any problems about it

I was in Bahrain and it was nice and safe but of course not like Dubai

now barhain is safe but the weather is to hot at this month about hotels i think you must check in the internet what you feel comfortable
