Where best for an Englishman to start looking for work permanent in Moscow -besides teaching English! - (currently working as Civil Servant in UK)

You should probably first try to contact the British Trade Commission (or something like that) in Moscow - they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Since leaving High School, I have worked for the British Government (tax office) in various roles from simple computer inputting to managing an I.T. Team. But I would be happy to consider almost any job/role, it doesn't have to be similar. I tried teaching, but it wasn't for me unfortunately.
