I'm going to rome next december. which places do you think I should visit? and I'm not just talking about tourist spots, any good place you know :)

Hola Alberto...If you are interested in food, there is a place called *Cul de Sac*, in Piazza Pasquino (in Trastevere), where you can get something like that...It's a very unusual place, very nice, and not extremely expensive. Besides the ham and cheese, you get delicious fresh bread...but they also have other goodies, such as lasagne, or a dish made with artichokes and potatoes. It's not like a typical Roman restaurant, and I loved it! Also, you can try (always in Trastevere), in Campo dei Fiori...There are many little places there, my favorite was a sandwich shop, on the corner (opposite the Drunken Sailor pub), where you can make your own sandwich (you tell the ladies and they will prepare it for you obviously), you can get drinks and then sit outside at their little wooden tables. visit Rome is like traveling in time, every street has a story to tell, to think that we walk or sit where thousand years spent almost all civilizations of our world, is one of the most beautiful things in Rome, visit the Piazza Venezia, the Foro Italico, the Coliseum, the Trevi Fountain and many places that I do not think enough time to tell you, but if you visit Rome you can not miss the three most important things and have no comparison in the world Coliseum located nearby the Foro Italico. Trevi Fountain, a wonderful source, Know as the source of desires. and the Vatican Museum, where you can be fully fascinated with the Sistine Chapel.
