i can honestly say..it was the best place i have ever been in my life..impossible to describe..u need to go there be there to feel it!

of course if u dont interact with locals u wont know what im talking about.. going from hotel from beach is boring..... get out of sal go to praia and interact there u will see go party with them eat with them etc...
