In case you want to know about Indian pickles, specially mango pickles, garlic, chilly, carrot etc, ask me and I will help you.

cut your fruit (papaya, mango) marinate with salt leave for half hour. discard excess water. add vinegar and more sugar, store in air tight container for 2 days. ready to eat. you can also add red chilly if you want it hot.

same method can be used for marinating cucumber cubes for just 2 hours. minutes before serving, discard all liquid from the cucumber. add pineapple cubes, shredded chilly, mix well. top with chopped toasted peanut and sugar. serve as a salad. enjoy.
