yeah... do you a pro? lol actually.. the coaches always tell us "you'd better use your front hand more,rather your backhand..in order to swing a nice hit and lower the rate of losing a hit" -- but as a player if you really like it.. you really would be dying to improve as much as you can.. especially in the weak point. lol

Haha.. Yeah u r very right about it... I also used to try it a lot and therefore initially i lost many games :-P
But ofcourse with passage of time i improved a lot :)
Using first hand on second hand side is even more difficult coz u hv to go crossiblng angel of ur body and it may hurt a little on ur chest muscles initially so b careful!
Yeah i have been a player of badminton in university of Glasgow so now a little about it :)

hahahah how funny~~ actually school stufff made me no more "busy" with the school team... i gotta graduate soon. well at least i ve had a good time in the freshman and sophomore year/// now i haven't trained or played it long ... one year or more hahahah

you have to stick to the most basic,correct position..don't learn the wrong one ...in order to form a good habit of your gesture in playing badminton .. and then you have to exercise and train yourself hard.
