Just try to look ur fear into eyes, will c it's nothing to be scare and make a step, coz never gonna b ready 100% even for best. It' s only my opinion..

Don't worry about it too much. Break down your job into "bite size" tasks. Keep active by dealing with individual steps of each task. Have a system of informal evaluations/inputs by peers, superiors, as well as those under your supervision within your direct department and outside also.

The anxiety is not only a limit or a disorder, but can be recognized and analyzed in an analysis tool for themselves and be used as a resource. The anxiety may therefore be a tool or a limit according to their use do or the way in which I live I suggest you stop for a moment, reflect on your person whilst you are doing something to help you relax

Well, dear...ANXIETY is one of the biggest problems in our society nowadays...if you are anxious or tense you can`t think properly, you are in a prison (let`s say)...you can`t be yourself...you can`t reach your goals or you make mistakes...many consequences! I`ve been studying myself for many many years, I used to be very anxious but not anymore. The secret is...calm down your soul, meditation and sports are also good and KNOW YOURSELF as much as you can. I`ve recently discovered about a Tecnique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Tecnique - "Tapping")...search at youtube...you`ll learn how to practice it. BE HAPPY!

Anxiety is part of lack of confidence,may be over confidence,in this case suspicion of work complition.Any work done shaing proper time,correct planning,filing in Alfebetical order.Make sure urgent work need attention first,plan and do work accordingly.
