do you have guitar ? if have then search tutorial in youtube there are lots of video which will teach u how to play guitar

i learned to play by ear never had a lesson and i use to play prefessonal.stick with it get you some.beg. books they will show you some basic cords

don't be to concern about learning notes right now, learning a musical instrument is not rocket science. if you have the love for music, and you have the thirst and willingness to learn, you can learn anything. the key secret to learn any instrument is "practise", "daily practise". start off with simply chords, once you understand and memorize all of them, then you can learn the structure of it. then learning notes will be a easy coming. all the best
