The best thing to reduce weight is to practice physical fitness with a good eating temperance.At A.M eat like a king's breakfast.If a person eating lunch,make sure it just only little amount of food to eat.Skip heavy meal at dinner.No between meals or snack.Eat more fresh fruits every day to increase stamina and productivity.Include Physical fitness at every morning,if possible twice a day,A.M/PM.

When u can balance your diet what your body actually needs,avoiding fat avoiding much sugar content food.Eating more fruits and veg.Drink morning first Luke warm water 2 glasses after that u can do Physical and 1 hour after food.Take more water before food.All other directions are good.Take sunbath evening.

your welcome,because i have done that way Reena and also apply cleansing diet. by eating raw fruits and vegetables with in 2 days once in a month.Therefore,i can say the result is very good...
