one of the best ways is to relocate for some time to the country of choice. Once arrived you will begin the process to build yourself your life. the most difficult aspect of all will be to learn the language as fast you can because until then you may have to accept any form of work which do not require major knowledge of local language..if you are ready to compromise, sacrifice, work hard, socialize and observe and learn fast then you may want to try. However do never burn your bridges back home as you could also fail or have to leave the country. There are Countries where i still have my contacts, therefore i could support you in many ways..But before i mention any of those countries you must know which countri and language interest you...
