,I have a sore throat and it really dispointing me. It happens because i didn't do a proper voice training exercise so i damage my beautiful voice, am i will not sing better again for the rest of my life or it will come back again?

so why are you singing when you have a sore throat? thats the worst thing to do, unless you know how to sing correctly without making the throat more sore? And you just said yourself you already know that you are not doing proper vocal warm-ups and cool downs, as well as proper breathing exercises as well. if you do lose your voice you need to stop talking, rest the voice, stream it, drink lots of water all the time. Always do warm-ups and cool downs, vocals and breathings exercises.
