make sure that you WARM UP your body with little exercises before you start walking..........................this is very important. a 15min walk helps you to be fit, 30min walk helps your cardiovascular strength. -----------have a healthy life., be fit and keep others fit

this is the present physio treatment followed by most of the physical trainers and physio therapists around the world..............:) i`m sure this works as it worked on me :) try it once, there`s no wrong in giving it a try...........:)

hahaha. based on some research investing on some good sneakers motivate the person to do the exercise. because they spend much money and they will surely utilized it. is this makes sense? :-D

:) all i can tell you is, my tip works for the people who works for there real good health, i cant help the people who aren`t interested on there health. important thing here is, there is no age limit to do exercises. so, be fit and let your body feel the change in your positive health nature.............. :)

try to keep or add some variations in your exercises, so that you`ll feel fresh in doing new things rather than doing the routines. :D --keep in mind, it was just like adding some flavour to our life..........
