where and what would be the best to do it?

Out of town far from city and bring street lights. Camp under the skies or just from the seat of your car would work just fine. Can get bored quite fast if you don't have friends to chat around with while enjoying the bring light from the night sky. Hope this helps, havent got much experience myself too~

I prefer to do it in Lapland, anyway noth from the Polar circle.

it all depends on URself, the surrounding could just give U a hint what 2 bring, eg: in the sand dunes of a desert, a simple blanket could do, while a sleeping bag could get U un-invited guests (scorpions), in the wildlife the most important is the fire, sometimes even around UR camp, but all in all don't 4get 2 bring UR friends
