what's the cheapest way to get and stay there!?

Tramp steam to someplace close,Australia, New Zeland, China, and try to either catch another working ride, or take a short flight. When I went, it was with the US Navy

The Europeans, Germans, and Japanese, have packages to go there. As far as staying, not sure, maybe mary a local?
