Hi. Mohamed. It is possible to learn English with a good teacher via Skype but there are some points, which are really necessary:
1. You must have elementary knowledge of English to understand what the teacher explains you;
2.You must have strong will and motivation to practice every day;
3. You are to learn some new words and irregular verbs every day. Besides you must read short texts doing some important post-reading tasks on a daily basis.

hi,,, i have never taught english on-line except to friends via phone messages,,,, with verbal back-ups to explain pronunciation etc. I NEVER teach grammar... and i did not charge my friends for any help. the best i-net assistance i found was MR. DUNCAN on youtube... his vids are brilliant but more effective if studied together with students using them as a real lesson - not just entertainment. his big plusses are the written form of subtitles under every spoken phrase.... good luck ! ! ! ............... j
