I am agree with Marie. Milad, I am sure there are some language courses, I just saw that you are located in States. There are lots of Korean origin people living and some of them giving private courses though. You can go for it, for Russian you need more time and motivation, because Cyril alphabet is more complicated than Korean - yea you heard it right!
