Rebecca  (with reference to IT) 20th Jun 2011

I have a name, I really do. I was born with this name. It is Rebecca and not sweetie, babe, baby, or hot stuff. Respect for who I am is shown by using my name. You come on to me or try to pick me up by saying Hey Baby and I think, I just another person you are trying to win over. If you really, truly interested. I would hear, Hello Rebecca. I am?, How are you and can I please get to know you. This shows me I have some value and importance to whom I will be speaking to.

Maybe it is not etiquette with today. Maybe we as women allow men to call us chicks, B*****es, yo mama and more. But etiquette, politeness, honor and respect is important to win someone heart. Otherwise what will you call me later in the relationship?

I agree with you Rebecca...I am wondering why men use such terms of endearment like baby, dear, darling, honey casually to women they hardly knew. I believe that these words must be use only to address someone you are familiar with and care about. Its more appropriate to call women by their first names specially when you are in that getting to know stage.

Not necessarily true as it is a term of endearment. It is not meant to be demeaning or disrespectful most of the time.

its not always disrespectable provided the word used for addressing is not outright insulting.

Good Day Rebecca , I think you are perfectely right, it`s a great today`s problem !! People want to get close to quick *** This is a part of luck of education,... some how,... but it could be not all the time. You put this question, that I wonted to put it on the notice board to. So the problem is not only yours . Is a kind of trendy !! What count is easy enjoyment and, pleasure . So where is the sense of( LOVE AND RESPECT ??) Dont forget that the world is getting more and more in this direction. We would like to find values of life... but... ! So my question now is: Wy ??? *** FOR MANY PEOPLE IS MORE EASY TO JUMP IN BED WITH A PERSON WHICH THEY DON`T KNOW ??? *** But is very difficult for them to start a nice and serious conversation to try to know each , BEFORE GETTING SO CLOSE INTIMETELY RELATED ???
