Bring lots of mosquito repellent and more be prepared to live in the most inhospitable place on earth its great, its just so humid, sweat it out!!! be prepared to swim with piranhas cuz it gets so hot you gotta jump in, make sure youve got no cuts though!! they detect blood!! get to know all the medicinal plants get a guide from a local witch doctor, meet a shaman, just live it look after all the animals you meet and treasure it!!!! Enjoy!!! xxx

Always take a spray (not canned) cream repellent to put it over skin and clothes.
Also drink only bottled water

Amazon ´s ready to host the most demanding guests. Lots of hotels well equipped, comfortable accomodations and so on. Remember Amazon is in a forest, so you´ll have mosquitos and the weather is obviously hot. So get ready for that too. But I assure you can have fun and adventure! Enjoy!
