WHAT IS SUITABLE FOR HUMAN, Back to the nature of human identity, in which God created man from a quintessence of the land, so foods that fit the human essence of the land is clear, this can be found from the processing plant, to be vegetables, rice, wheat and fruit. That is a healthy food for humans, not meat or fat, even though we need protein from meat and fat, just not as much content needs starch soil.

Avoid oily deep fried foods, dont eat titbits between meals, besides have a good rest/sleep also as that is equally important, and exercise regularly.

The most useful tip I've received is to cook all your meals of the forthcoming week in advance, say on Sunday before the working week starts. You save money by buying in bulks, by not eating outside and you can pour all the healthy ingredients you want!
