leave nothing but only footstep, bring nothing but only memories, follow rules inside the forest and always listen closely to your guide for they're the experts, always be prepare and enjoy your trekking, make sure you have few months preparations (exercise, etc.) prior to actual trekking..... enjoy your trekking guys....
