very much appreciated of what u are doing to our fellowmen...esp.YOUTH the hope, they really are our future ...i am a YOUTH worker here in our municipality would like to have some help from any agencies to sponsors for skills training... we are willing and hoping to hear from any other volunteer agencies to experience our youth and help them to develop their skills and talents.hoping for that SIR BOB

The better the restaurant, the better his future fame.
If you want to avoid all these things, he needs to try to find a job in a good restaurant, but must start at the bottom, such as a dishwasher guy. So learn by itself and moves on. But if he wants the title of Chef or Sommelier, he must study.

I have been a volunteer in Thailand since the Tzunami and I can only recomend you to contact the centre and speak or wite to Ken at ken@volunteerteacherthailand and or steve at fun forkids. here are the two web pages , you can volunteer with whatever experiece that you may have, the kids at the opphanage , have a bakery now thnaks to a baker vounteer, so all is possible its what you can offer that is the importance and bide by the countires customs and you will do this type of thing over and over and over again
it addictive I can asure you after more than 8 years, enjoy your giving of yourself
